HEBREW DOES NOT HAVE "VOWELS", so, to add up English names in the Hebrew alphabet, "OMIT ALL VOWELS", EXCEPT where the letter "i" has the "ya" sound as in "William".  In this case, IN HEBREW,  the "i" is actually the CONSONANT "y" (yowd)!  So "William" would be spelled "Wllym" (not Wllm), #=116.  (When you take the vowels out, you should still be able to sound out the name, even with just the consonants.)  Some "long vowels" can be a Hebrew consonant.  Otherwise, just match the English consonant with the Hebrew consonant equivalent.  Then add up the *Number Value!  Note the 2 "T's"!  The "Tav" is used in "Clinton"!

•VERY INTERESTINGLY•

"WILLIAM CLINTON" = WLLYM KLNTN ... WLLYM = 116, KLNTN = 550 ... 116 + 550 = 666
