It's All In The Numbers|
Ready of Not - Here We Go?!
Are You Ready?
Written By: Bob
This article is all about numbers that I have found that are associated with various topics such as: Israel, a generation, days of Noah, 50 year cycle, and the tribulation. The point I hope everyone who reads this comes away with is how that all of these numbers are showing up/converging on the current and near future time period. It is important to note here that this is not about date setting; but rather it is about the sheer quantity of indicators that we are being given at one time. To me, this is our best indicator yet that we are indeed on the verge of the "end of days".
The numbers 7775 and 5777 --
I would have you notice that the numbers above (7775 & 5777) are the reverse of each other just like matching bookends. This is important in that they mark the first judgment of mankind (the flood) and the final judgment of mankind at Christ's second coming.
Noah's father, Lamech, lived for 777 years....Genesis 5:31....(30)(31) And all the days of Lamech were seven hundred seventy and seven years; and he died.
....and the flood came five years later.
Genesis 5:30....(30) And Lamech lived after he begat Noah five hundred ninety five years, and begat sons and daughters;
Genesis 7:6....And Noah was six hundred years old when the flood of waters was upon the earth. (see also verse 11)
It is widely accepted that the tribulation will begin with the next feast to be fulfilled, which is the Feast of Trumpets (Rosh Hashanah) and it is the 5th feast. We can know from scripture that the tribulation that follows will contain 7 seals, 7 trumpets and 7 vials. So the tribulation, leading up to final judgment starts with a 5 (the 5th feast) followed by three 7's (seals, trumpets, and vials) giving us the number 5777.
Putting the above numbers together (not adding) we have the number 7775. This number alone doesn't ring any bells; but consider the fact that the end of the last days, the tribulation, will involve the exact reverse of 7775, which is the second number (above) of 5777.
As you can see the numbers 7775 immediately preceded the first judgment of man (the flood) and the numbers 5777 will immediately precede the final judgment of man; again, like bookends.
Now let's apply this same principle (and numbers) to our current time period. On September 29, 2008 the stock market (US - DOW) dropped 777 points. While this was on the 29th (US) we must remember that the last days have to do with the redemption of Israel. With that in mind then we should consider that at the close of the stock market (US) on the 29th it was already about 12:30 A.M. (Israel time) on the 30th, which was Rosh Hashanah (the Feast of Trumpets/5th feast). So we have the number 777 showing up on the 5th feast (Israel time) combining again for the number 7775.
If the tribulation were to begin on Rosh Hashanah next year; then the end of the tribulation seven years later would be in the Jewish calendar year 5777. Once again it appears we may have a set of bookends. Please do not dismiss this as date setting, because I am against setting dates! Whether or not events do fall into this timing is entirely up to the will of God. I am only showing you how these numbers are showing up and nothing more. If nothing else I believe they are intended to get the attention of those who are watching and to help restore the sense of urgency needed in these last days to work diligently in the harvest fields of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Please read the rest of this article before passing judgment, because the additional numbers I found are very significant and make the numbers I showed above to be even more relevant. This is because there are three more numbers that will align perfectly with the last year of the tribulation possibly being the year 5777 (on the Jewish calendar), if events do play out this way, and Christ's second coming at the start of the Jewish year 5778 as follows.
If the tribulation were to begin next year as discussed above, and the last year of the tribulation was to be the year 5777 (on the Jewish calendar) then it would be the 50th year since the liberation of Jerusalem. This relates directly to the Jewish cycle of fifty years (see Leviticus 25:8-12). The number 50 is considered the number of Jubilee or deliverance. How appropriate would it be if the final deliverance of Israel were to occur at the end of exactly 50 years from the deliverance of Jerusalem in 1967?
Then if the last year of the tribulation were to be the year 5777; that would mean that Christ's second coming would be at the start of the year 5778. This year (5778) would align with two more important numbers - the number 70 and the number 1948.
The Number 70 -- The year 5778 will mark the 70th year from the rebirth of Israel (1948). This (70) is also the length of a generation given to us in Psalm 90:10 of 70 years.Psalm 90:10....The days of our years are threescore years and 10; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.
We should note that even as far back as the time of the writing of this Psalm, the Lord included a variable of up to 10 years - "if by reason of strength" 80 years - this insures the sense of imminence.
This year (5778) will also mark 1,948 years from the destruction of the second temple. This number, 1948, is also the year that Israel was reborn.
Now let's take this number (1948) one step further - The book of Psalm is the 19th book of the Bible. Then if we go to the 48th chapter we have....Psalm 48:8....As we have heard, so have we seen in the city of the Lord of hosts, in the city or our God; God will establish it for ever. Selah.
As you can see, this Psalm addresses the re-establishment of the holy city, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount. If you read the entire Psalm (48) you will find it also speaks of the assembling of kings against her (Jerusalem) and them being destroyed and being troubled and in pain as a woman in travail (labor). It also speaks of judgment. So, basically, we have the struggle for and re-establishment of Israel (Jerusalem and the Temple Mount in particular). Isn't it interesting that the 19th book and the 48th chapter would relate directly to the rebirth of Israel and the deliverance of Jerusalem and the Temple Mount?! The reason I include Israel is that this Psalm also speaks of Zion, her palaces, towers and bulwarks. It also says (verse 13) to "tell it to the generation following". We should note that it says generation and not generations; thus to me, it points directly to the last generation; because there have been many generations since that Psalm was written.
In Summary, we have a series of numbers - all associated with judgment and Israel - converging on a specific time period. I can only speak for myself; but, for me, this is simply too many items coming together at the same time to simply ignore. All of this may just be a wake up call to get ready. One thing is for certain - It is going to be interesting to watch how things unfold!! At the very least though, these things should give any of us more than sufficient cause to be looking up (if you're not already). I can't even imagine what the odds would be that all of these items/numbers would converge on one time frame the way that they are! As far as a conclusion - Well, I can only leave that up to you to decide for yourself, because as we know - Only God knows for sure.
- 7775 = Lamech's 777 years and 5 years until the flood (1st judgment of man by God).
- 5777 = 5th feast (Feast of Trumpets) followed by 7 seals, 7 trumpets, and 7 vials
These are the bookends for the 1st judgment of man and the final judgment of man by God.
- 7775 = Stock market drop of 777 points on Rosh Hashanah, the 5th feast (Feast of Trumpets).
- 5777 = The year on the Jewish calendar that will mark the end of 7 years beginning on Rosh Hashanah (Feast of Trumpets) next year (2010).
- 5777 = The 50th year since the liberation of Jerusalem - The end of a 50 year cycle.
- 70 = The year immediately following the coming 7 year cycle (beginning in 2010) marks the 70th year since the rebirth of Israel and the length of a generation (Psalm 90:10).
- 1948 = The year immediately following the coming 7 year cycle (beginning in 2010) marks 1948 years since the destruction of the second temple and is also the year (1948) of the rebirth of Israel.
- 1948 = The 19th book and the 48th chapter (Psalm 48) describes the deliverance and establishment of Israel, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount. It also speaks of judgment and God's wrath.
All I can say is that I know in my heart we are on the verge of the return of Christ for his bride, the church, and the start of the tribulation; and when I saw that all of these numbers will converge on one time period, to be honest, it gave me goose bumps! I will leave it for you to decide what all this means for yourself; but as for me -- I'm looking up!!!
Final Note: I emphasize again, I am not trying in any way to set a date; I am merely passing along the information I find and leave the decision making to you. Only time will tell for sure!
Last but not least, I have done a screen capture of the program I use to look up dates on the Jewish calendar. The image is of the page for the Jewish year 5778. Please notice the areas on the image that are circled (top right and bottom left). You will notice that the number of years from the liberation of Jerusalem shows 51 years, making the last year of the tribulation (5777) exactly 50 years as stated above (If events play out this way). So for now, keep looking up and may God bless and keep you until we hear the shout!! -- Bob
